Harry had surgery yesterday and now has a BiVAD in place and working to help him until he can get a transplant. The Dr. said he bled less than most patients and the surgery took less time than usual and he is doing great. He was able to get rid of the breathing tube earlier today and has even "woken up" a little. He is very groggy and I doubt he will remember waking up, but he is recovering exactly as the doctors want! Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers so far! Keep them coming, they seem to be working! :)

I hope grandpa Harry starts to feel better. It's hard watching someone you love in pain. Best wishes to you all! By the way, thanks for being a great scout leader.
I am so glad that is not a picture of Harry... he might have sued you for indecent exposure- poor man who ever he is. So I'm trying to be funny about something that isn't- just trying to lighten the mood. We think after all Harry has been through, he is tough that is why we call him "Dirty Harry" just like ole Clint. He is in all of our prayers!!! So are you and all your family.
I'll run "Dirty HArry" by him to see what he thinks and let you know! If he doesn't like it we can always just call him that behind his back!
